Beautiful children, it is pleasing to come forth and speak through this child, and to all of you. My heart overflows with so much joy whenever I get such an opportunity. 迷人的孩子們，非常高興能前來這裡，通過這個孩子（朱莉）向你們所有人說話。每當我得到這樣的機會時，我的內心都充滿著喜悅之情。
So many changes dear ones over past few years has come your way, at times seems to be knocking at your door. And some of the changes are not always welcoming. Usually the most difficult of changes stems from experiences that continue to have hold over your life. There is a saying, "Change is good". And some of you are thinking, 'not all change is good'. Change requires accepting of something in one's life that needs to be re-evaluated. There are obstacles, challenges, fears, anxieties and day-to-day life that needs reflection from time-to-time. There is always something that can be improved upon or changed. I have seen many beautiful souls ignore all of these and stay where they are, where it’s comfortable even though where they are may not be good for them in any way. 俗話說，“變化是好事”。你們有些人會想道，“不是所有的變化都是好事”。變化需要你去接受〖在你生命中需要重新去評估（或定位）的一些事〗。會有一些障礙、挑戰、恐懼、焦慮，一些日常生活也需要你時常去深思。一直都有一些可以去改善或改變的事物，我已曾看到很多迷人的靈魂忽視這些（需要的改變），並無動於衷，呆在那（自我的）舒適之地，哪怕那些處境可能對他們來說無論如何都算不上是好的處境。
It takes great strength to step up to the challenge of addressing what needs to be done to change old habits, to drop old ways of thinking, to leave negative ideals behind. I am here for you dear ones when you are ready to face all or anything that is preventing you from becoming one with yourself. You only need to ask me quietly in your mind or verbally and I will hear you and gladly guide you. 去探尋怎麼做〖來改變舊有習性，來丟掉舊有思維方式，來拋棄負面思想〗，這樣做面臨的挑戰需要強大的力量來面對。親愛的人兒，當你們準備好面對〖一切或者任何〗阻止你與自身合一的事時，我就在這裡，為你而在這裡。你只需要靜靜地在腦海裡默念或念出聲來，我會聽到你的呼喚，並很樂意為你提供指引。
Call me to help you move past experiences that are holding you back and help you build trust in yourself. Dear ones, everything you set out to do, can be done with love, compassion, and with pure thought. Having the right attitude dear souls makes a magnificent difference. The best way to move past the difficult challenges and make way for change is to simply accept the past event or situation. Learn from it and move on. Leave the pain of what happened behind you as it will only hold you back. You already know this dear ones. I am merely reminding you. 喚我來幫你移除過往的抑制你（成長）的體驗，並幫你建立起對自己的信任。親愛的人兒，一切你著手要去做的事，都可以用愛、慈悲和純潔的念頭去完成。親愛的靈魂，擁有正確的態度（去做事）會得到很大程度上不同的結果。要度過艱難的挑戰和為變化開路，其最好的方法就是簡單直接地接受過往事件或處境（譯注：不要去抗拒過去，認為：這樣的事怎麼可能發生呢，怎會如此的造化弄人呢，我怎麼可能面對那件事時會做縮頭烏龜，動車追尾怎麼可能是管理混亂的原因呢，等等？發生了的就是發生了的，完全沒有必要去否認過往事實）從挑戰中去學習，並繼續前行，把過往的傷痛拋到腦後吧，因為那只會牽絆你們（的成長、進步）。親愛的人們，你們已明白這個道理，我只不過在提醒你記得它。
Grab hold of the change that is waiting for you and show no fear as there is no need to fear. Slowly allow the fear you have of the changing events in your life to dissolve. The changing events are exciting and promising. All that is ahead of you is promising. You have all you need to succeed, deep inside of you. It always has been there, waiting for you to notice. With more and more of you awakening to the Light that is calling to unite as one with your fellow neighbour, you are discovering how special you are and how unique you are. 正面你前方的變化，並不要表現出害怕，因為根本沒有必要去害怕。讓你在生活裡的改變性事件中所具有的恐懼慢慢地融解消失。改變性事件是激動人心的，也是充滿希望的。你將面對的一切都是充滿希望的。你擁有通向成功所需的一切，那就深植於你內心。它一直都在那裡，等待你的注意。隨著你們越來越多人意識到那〖喚醒你們與身邊同伴團結一致的光〗時，你們就會發現你們有多麼的特別，有多麼的獨特。
I am asking you to believe in yourself dear ones as I believe in you. You can achieve anything if you set your mind to it and believe completely in what it is you are attempting. When you are accepting change; belief in yourself, maintaining faith and hope, self-trust, and staying focused is crucial. Sometimes things come around that rock that faith, or distract your focus. It’s important to be able to get back on track as quickly as you can. All that happens dear ones is for a reason and not coincidence. Take the lessons as they come and learn. 我要求你們信任自己，就如我信任你們那樣的信任自己。如果你們把心力放在你想要做的事上，並完全相信你們能完成，你們就可以完成任何想做的事。在你接受變化時，〖對自己有信心，保持信念和希望，自信並保持專注〗是很有必要的。有時事情會以打擊你信念或者轉移你注意力的情況出現，非常重要的一點是你要能夠盡可能快地回到正軌上。親愛的人們，發生的一切都是有原因的，絕非偶然。當它們（變化）來臨時，接受你（要面對的）課程並從中學習。
Each and everyone of you is special to me and special to the Divine family. I understand how difficult life has been for you, I have been with you as you rise up from one obstacle and face another right after. You have a zest for life and strive to succeed no matter the odds. You are not expected dear ones to win the next marathon, become store manager, or the next mayor of your city. But you are expected to try your best at everything you do and work from the purity of love in all you do. Take small steps to reach a desired goal and don't set your goals too high, I want you to succeed. Be realistic dear ones. You have come so far and there is so much more waiting for you to see and do. Don't give up on yourself if what you are doing seems so hard. I am not giving up on you. Be patient dearest children. You are doing fine and you will be fine. 對我和神性家人們（Divine family）來說你們每個人都很特別。我理解你們有過多麼艱難的生活，當你跨過一個障礙面對另一個障礙時，我都與你同在。你對生命的熱情讓你不管條件多麼惡劣都奮力爭取獲得成功。親愛的人們，你們不被寄予厚望去贏得下一場馬拉松、去成為儲備管理者、或者當選你們市的下一屆市長，但是你們被寄予希望去萬事盡心盡力，一切以純粹之愛為行動的出發點。一步一步去實現你所渴望達成的目標，不要把你的一切目標都定得太高，我希望你們能成功，親愛的人們，腳踏實地些。你們已走過如此長遠的路途，前方也有如此多等待你去探索和行動的東西，如果你正在做的事看起來很難，請不要讓自己放棄，我也並沒有放棄你們。親愛的孩子們，請保持耐心，你們現在做得很好，將來也會很棒。
I would love to stay with her all day and talk to you, but I feel her fading. I always enjoy any opportunity I have to speak with you, regardless if it’s through this kind one or another. 我很樂意整天都能與她（朱莉）呆在一起，並說給你們聽，但我感覺到了她（能量）的衰弱（疲憊）。我一直很喜歡我所擁有的任何與你們對話的機會，不管是以這樣的方式還是其他方式都很喜歡。
