Beloved Ones,
As you continue to release old patterns and cycles of thought and behavior, you are finding yourselves feeling more sure and confident in yourselves and your abilities. We see that you are constantly reminding yourselves of the Light that you are and steadfastly holding to it. This is very important as it helps to reinforce the greater field of Light that now surrounds your planet and allows you to tap into it. Those of you who have been receiving a great influx of cosmic energies in the past week are now in the process of fully integrating these energies into your energetic system. This is how the process works in order to safely allow all of Humanity to have the opportunity to absorb as much as possible of the new and higher energies in order that the changes within can take place.

The coming days will continue to add more Light and Love quotient to the atmosphere on Earth. It is readily available to everyone and all that is required to make use of it proficiently is the intention and statement to do so. We, as your Family of Light, are assisting each of you to make the best use of these energies to transform and transmute all that is left that still holds you in bondage to the 3rd dimension which is now fading away. You are becoming lighter in your physical body now, you radiate this Light wherever you go and it is becoming noticeable to others around you. They do not know exactly what it is about you that IS different but they are noticing that there is definitely something.

The more that you can maintain and hold as much of the higher energies coming in as possible, the more this field of Light around you expands in its influence. Just by being yourselves wherever you go, you leave your energetic imprint and in this way are profoundly affecting everyone and everything. Your family pets notice the difference and want to draw closer when you are in their vicinity so that they can bask in the energies. All of the creatures around you notice your Light and are drawn to it so please keep this in mind when you are wondering why you are seeing so many creatures in your place of residence. You offer them hope and sanctuary in these changing times.

We tell you that the fastest and surest way to accelerate your progress is to do the inner work by facing yourselves, and that includes your shadow selves, squarely and by using the power of forgiveness of all that you find there. Forgiveness of self and others for all that has happened and taken place in your lives will lift you up to a higher resonance which will make it easier to maintain in the coming times. The act of forgiveness dissipates the feelings of anger and sense of injustice more quickly than any other methods you may attempt. It clears your heart and all other chakras and this leaves you open to receive even greater Light as it comes in.

You will continue to find yourselves alternating between feeling the need for long periods of sleep and feeling energized to begin new projects. Acclimate to these cycles and accept these times of rest; for your body elemental truly appreciates the acknowledgment from you in this way so that adjustments can be made to heal and improve its function. When you are feeling energetic, this is the time to implement those creative ideas that come to you from the greater field of infinite possibilities and you can get a lot accomplished during these times. Remember to use your power of discernment in all things and make choice as to what you choose to give your attention to, for this is what be made manifest in your world. Call upon us often so that we can become more active in assisting you each day.
