Laura: Good evening SaLuSa. Here is our first question: “This is notabout I am writing to you, tells to Salusa if they can to move my person toanother place on Earth for making my spiritual ascension with others personsthat thinks like me.  I know what’s goingon with this humanity spiritually speaking, and what comes later; a brighterfuture for all of us.
If they cannot do anything for me about it is karma (i read theinconvenient about it:  the karma is thenumber one in the list), I want some information about people that can help mein my spiritual ascension and guidance here in Santo Domingo, DominicanRepublic.  I know that you can (mybrothers from the stars), that appears in my bedroom”.

SaLuSa: Dear friend. You have chosen the time and place for yourexistence on Mother Earth for specific reasons. So have you all in fact.Therefore you are located in the best possible place at this time for you inorder for your growth to take place most efficiently. It is obvious from yourquestion that part of you does not feel this way. However resistance is auseful force. It is important that you see the existence of resistance in you.You do have a life contract to fulfil at this time, dear friend. You also haveresponsibilities towards your loved ones. Your family and friends need yoursupport and guidance now.

SaLuSa：親愛的朋友。你因為特定原因選擇這個時間地點來到地球母親。事實是你們都是如此。因此為了最有效的成長，這時你位於最佳的位置。從你的問題能明顯反映出你們部份人沒有意識這點。無論如何，阻力是有幫助的外力。看出存在你身上的阻力非常重要。親愛的朋友，這個時候你有【人生合同】需要完成。面對愛的人也有責任。你的家人朋友目前需要你的支援和引導。

You will find that all you need is inside of you already. You have ahealthy body and a strong mind. All that you lack now is shining your lovearound you. We all respond extremely well to love. A plant responds well tolove, it grows faster, it blooms with more flowers, and it is healthier andstronger. Animals also perceive when they are loved by their owner. Theirbehaviour is more relaxed, affectionate and trusting. People working withhorses for instance know of this. Love can be perceived through your tone ofvoice, through your body posture, and on your facial expressions.

你將知道所有需要的都已之於你。你有健康的身體和強壯的心智。目前欠缺的就是在你的周圍閃耀你的愛。我們都盡所能的回應愛。一個星球能夠很好的回應愛，它就成長越快，盛開越多花朵，更健康強壯。當動物被飼主所愛，牠們一樣感知的到。牠們行為的表現更加放鬆、親昵、信任。舉例來說，和馬一起工作的人明白這個道理。愛能從你聲音的聲調、身體的姿態、臉部的表情被感知。

Humans are even more sensitive than plants and animals. You are all alsotelepathic beings, and your subconscious knows many things. Your heart is themost sensitive tool in your body. It is your most precious instrument. Itsenses others’ emotions, impressions, feelings and frame of mind. Some peoplecan only see through their heart. However the heart can be blocked fromsensing. The heart can also be very hurt and this is when it is shutting itselfdown, in order to protect itself. Sometimes, your heart gives way to lowervibrations and generates anger, frustration and hate. Many times this resultsfrom misunderstandings.

人比動植物更敏感。你們是心電感應的物種，潛意識裏明白許多事情。你的【心】是身體最敏感的工具。也是你們最寶貴的儀器。它感應其他人的情緒、印象、感受和心情。有些人能合宜的從心看到這些。然而心可能受到感官(sensing，外來的感覺判斷)阻擋。當心關閉自身是它為了保護自己，受到傷害的時候。有時你的心降低振動，產生憤怒、挫折、厭惡。這些情況很多時候來自誤解。

The heart can also be trained and educated, just like your head can, andjust like any muscle can. When one experiences negative emotions, such as anger,envy, fear, it is a lower survival function of the heart at work. This is whymany relationships having started with the highest love; degenerate when theheart is hurt. When this happens, your higher emotional centre is shuttingitself off, and the lower vibrations attract just the opposite of what thehigher emotional centre wishes for. This is why it is important to remain inpure love and light. This is why it is important not to open the door tonegative emotions, as this is a difficult door to shut. This is also a dooropening for karmic consequences. Karma can build up over what you considersmall things. For instance making an inappropriate comment at an inappropriatetime can contribute to building up karma.

就像你的頭腦能做到的，也像肌肉可被訓練，心同樣能接受鍛煉和教育。當一個人經歷負面情緒比如憤怒、嫉妒、恐懼，是心在運作較低的生存機制。這是為何許多關係在高度的愛中發展；在心受傷的時候消退。當這些發生，你的較高情緒體中心會關閉自身，吸引較低振動則是它想招致對立的結果。這是保持純淨的愛和光為何重要的原因。別對負面情緒敞開大門，這是一扇不好關上的門。也是通往業力後果的大門。業力可能在你覺得微小的事物增加。比如在不適當時機發表不適當言論也可能增加業力。

Being in your body, in your heart, in your light protects you from buildingfurther karmic history and also helps you clear old karma. The light setsthings right, balances things out, it does not interfere with your free willand it does not hurt others. You are located in the best place for you to be atthis time dear friend. We recommend you to ask your guides for guidance inmeeting the right people who can help you further develop yourself in view ofthe coming Ascension. Books are fine of course, but there comes a time when onehas to let go of safely reading books. There comes one time when one mustexperience what has been read in books.

待在你的身體、你的心、你的光，保護你不去製造更多加業力，也幫助你清除過去的業力。【光】讓每件事物歸位，平衡一切，不干擾你的自由意志亦不傷害其他人。親愛的朋友，這時你位於最佳的位置。我們鼓勵你在遇到適當的人幫助你在【揚升】有更深遠成長這件事，向指導靈詢求指引。當然書籍很好，但一個人會在某個時刻拋開書。體驗裏頭讀過的事物。

There are several places from where one can experience one’s life. Onecan be in the heart; one can be in the head or in the body primarily. Thisstate of disconnection is not helpful for Ascension. Connecting head to thebody will help you discover your higher emotions, your real heart. Your guidesand guardian angels will reply to your call for direction; you will have to bereceptive and listen to what they put in your way and try it. If you usuallydismiss something, give it a try this time. Perhaps it is one way your guidesare trying to direct your steps.

SaLuSa: Today is the anniversary of the attack from the cabal on thetwin towers. Many innocent victims perished on that day and many of you acrossthe planet have felt the pain and fear of those who perished on that day. Infact for such a horrific event, many had what you call premonitions. They couldsee and sense it all happen in advance, but were unable to stop it, as not allthe details are accessed when premonitions occur for lightworkers.

It is time for humanity to lift the guilt and shame of the attack of9/11. It is time for healing to occur in New York and it is time the public tofind out the real responsible ones for this terrific event. It is time toforgive and to let go of the accusations and false beliefs maintained by themedia in order to justify the restrictions of your liberties. It is time tostop fearing Muslims, and to be One with them again. Those who died on that sadday are now well and ascended beings for most of them. You need to let go ofthem, and know that there is no need for pain to go on beyond 10 years. Yourloved ones who are with us, will be soon back in your lives as our dimensionsare merging. As you will also ascend, you will be with your loved friends,partner or children who left duality on 9/11 again.

911恐怖攻擊是讓人類解除罪惡感和羞愧感的時候。是療愈紐約發生的事情和人們找尋真正該為恐怖事件負責的人的時候。是原諒的時候，讓指控還有讓媒體為了正當化控制你們自由製造出的錯誤信念一切離去的時候。也是停下恐懼穆斯林，與他們再度合為【一】的時候。在悲傷日子死去的那些人目前過的很好，他們許多為揚升的存有。你需要讓這些事過去，不需把悲痛延續十年之久。你愛的人有些和我們一起，當我們的維度逐步融合他們很快回到你的生活。當你揚升，你會和你愛的朋友、配偶、孩子，那些911辭世的人們重聚。

We will help you find evidence against the real responsible people ofthe 9/11 attacks. We will also ensure that these beings are kept safe, as muchanger will be directed towards them once the truth is revealed to the generalpubic. As you all know, your governments don’t always tell you the truth. Thisis because they have something to gain from maintaining you in darkness. Theywish to maintain control over your world and over you dear souls.

However we do ask you to refrain from feeling too much anger for thesesouls who have orchestrated this sad event, as the light cannot access theirsouls. These beings have never really known love, compassion, andunderstanding. They were never shown the way of love and all light has beenremoved from their souls from a very early age. They were left under theinfluence of darker entities that have been controlling their thoughts,emotions and actions. Their connection to the light was severed and they arenothing more than empty shells. These beings shall be put in front of divinejustice and be treated fairly. Their lack of humanity and compassion will betaken into account according to the possibilities for love they had at thetime.

Dear ones, the light often is prevented from accessing your bodies anddirecting your life because of your inner body tensions. You are also sometimeshermetically closed to your light body. Your light body can only have access toyour heart for short periods of time and very occasionally for some of you. Inorder for you to live in your light, you must open yourself up to the light andunblock your body tensions. When you are open in such a way, you will be awareof the light within you. Your Higher Self permeates your body through yourbreath, but also through the pores of your skin. Light enters your body, thusenters your heart. The light needs certain conditions in order to enter yourbody. As you know your bodies are temples. The required conditions are you tobe relaxed in your muscles, at peace, in a state of receiving and welcoming thelight. The light responds very well to love and is attracted to it. Having lovein your hearts will allow the light to direct your every steps.

親愛的，因為身體內部的緊繃，光時常無法造訪你的身體，指引你的生活。有時你也會封閉光體(lightbody)。你的光體只在短暫時間造訪內心，對你們一些人是相當偶爾發生的事情。為了與光同在，你需向光敞開自己，解除身體的緊繃。當用這個方式敞開，你會發覺在你左右的光。你的【高我】透過你的呼吸進入身體，也經由皮膚的毛細孔。光進到你的身體也觸及內心。光在特定情況進入身體。要知道，你的身體就是一座殿堂。需要條件是放鬆肌肉，保持平和，在接收的狀態裏歡迎光的到來。光對愛的回應十分良好，同樣吸引它（愛）過來。在心中保持愛的狀態，將讓光引導你的每一步。

Mother Earth loves you very much and she is looking forward to yourascension together. You have the power to help her, and to calm the weatheranomalies on her surface. You have to power to transform any pain and to stopher suffering through exploitation. Although Mother Earth is a huge being incomparison with you, we can assure you that she knows every single one of you.She knows the heart and soul of each individual she carries. More importantlyshe also knows each of your personal history. She loves every one of youindividually and understands your needs for her resources. Like a mother, shealso finds it difficult to say no to you, her children. She knows many of youlove and support her, and she knows of your heart’s desire to leave dualitywith her.

地球母親深愛你，她期待與你揚升。你有幫助她的力量，緩和在她表面的天候異常。你有力量轉化任何傷痛，停下在她身上剝削的苦難。雖然與你們相較地球母親是極龐大的存有，我們能向你保證，她知曉你們每一個個體。她曉得她承載每個個體的心與靈魂。更重要是，她也知道你們每個人的來歷。她愛你們每個人並理解你需要她的資源。就像母親一樣，她發覺很難對你──她的孩子說不。她知道你們許多人愛她、支持她，知道你內心渴望與她一起離開二元性。

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and I wish you love in your heart for this day.Please soothe Mother Earth’s pain also today, as she has also witnessed thissad day ten years ago. Send her love and light, along with those people whohave lost family ten years ago. Time for freedom for humanity and for MotherEarth is nearing dear friends. We continue to make contact with most of youindividually, weather you are aware of it yet or now, we are with you asalways.
