生命中的回聲

回聲是音波碰到堅硬的表面時反射回來所造成的

這形成了連續地聲音重複 直到音波最終失去動能而變得微弱到再也聽不見為止

回聲的音量視初始聲音的強度以及源頭與堅硬表面的距離而定

若你曾製造過並聽過回聲

你會知道兩件事–它精準地重複你所說的(不會更多了)、

並且不斷重複直到聲波沒有能量為止那時候回聲便逐漸淡出

An echo is created when sound waves are reflected off of a hard surface, which results in the continuous repetition of the sound until the sound waves lose momentum and finally become so faint they can no longer be heard. The volume of the echo depends on the strength of the original sound and the distance between its source and the hard surface. If you have ever created and then listened to an echo, you know two things about it:  it repeats exactly what is said (and no more) and does so until there is no more energy in the sound waves, at which time it just fades away.

這與任何事物有什麼關聯呢?

What does this have to do with anything?

這與我們生命中的每一樣事物、我們的課題、我們創造實像的方式都有關

依據我們對回聲的了解

我們可以知道有多少三次元的觀點在運作著

特別是我們如何讓來自過往的能量在當下製造了回聲

透過看著回聲 我們可以把光照向某些非常重要的課題

It has to do with everything about life, our lessons, the way in which we create our reality and by understanding echoes we can know how many aspects of the third dimension work, especially how we allow energy from the past to create echoes in the present. By looking at echoes we can shed light on some very important issues:

過往是如何地在當下重複?

能量是如何地在我們的生命中移動並重複循環?

為何回聲會出現?(提示: 它與聲音被什麼反射有關)

在回聲第一次重複時 我們要做什麼以移開它?

How the past is repeated in the present

How energy moves and re-circulates in our life

Why echoes exist (hint: it has to do with what reflects the sound)

What we can do to remove the echo after its first repetition

在我們的實像中 回聲以過往能量的形式出現

提醒著我們它的出現 並尋求我們透過它的重複來予以認可

當我們面對著來自過去的回聲

有兩個選擇 允許它重複或單純且安靜地聽著並讓它就這樣移開

但我們通常選擇第三個選項

便是在回聲上加諸更多能量

因此 回聲不但沒有輕輕飄過 還增加了強度

它變得更堅定地紮根在我們的當下

我們不只更確立了這個來自過往的能量

還在目前活化了它

In our reality the echoes appear in the form of the energy of the past which reminds us of its presence and asks for validation through its repetition. The surfaces which create the echo are our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions. When faced with an echo from the past, we have two choices, to allow it to repeat or to simply listen silently and allow it to move on. But we often choose a third option by adding more energy to the echo. So instead of drifting away, it gains strength and it becomes firmly rooted in our present. Not only have we validated the energy of the past, we are now living it in the present moment.

因為那是我們的過往

因此會感到舒適、可靠(因為我們知道接下來會發生什麼)、與安全

因為人們喜愛可以預知的、已知的和連續性的事物

當回聲回返我們之時

它提醒我們曾經在這樣一個特別的空間之中並且使我們憶起曾發生過的事情

若我們生氣、憤怒、恐懼或有報復的需要

那麼經由掌控、執著與報復 回聲可以成為我們再次證實過往經驗的機會

當回聲邀請我們與之切斷

我們卻津津有味地重新與它連結確信這一次會與過往不同

Because it is our past it feels comfortable, reliable (because we know what is going to happen next), and secure. As humans we love predictability, knowing and continuity. When the echo returns to us it reminds us that we were once in a particular space and we remember what happened. If we have anger, resentment, fear or the need for revenge, this echo can be our opportunity to validate our experience by taking charge, being in control or finding ways to avenge our experience. While the echo invites us to disconnect, we reconnect with gusto, certain that this time things will be different.

然而 當事實不是如此並且我們發現自己深陷在過往能量中時

便感覺到很氣餒

無法覺知我們可以因不給予回聲能量、進入能量振動的其他層面而把我們從回聲的路徑中移開因而將它釋放

過往的能量以線性的樣貌行進

它只會因為我們在這條路徑上而與它連結

它獨特的能量標誌會被我們所認知

因為它表現出我們經驗中的某種面向

我們已經從那裡轉移出我們的能量了嗎?

如果是 那麼回聲便不再那麼有吸引力了

我們便可以讓它繼續往前移進了

但若不是如此 我們便會看到回聲就像重複的動作一般

從那一刻帶來機會使我們恢復力量

And then we are angry when they are not and we find ourselves up to our neck in the energy of the past, unaware that it is not by giving energy to the echo that we can release it, but by taking on another level of energetic vibration and removing ourselves from the echo’s path. The energy of the past travels in a linear fashion—it connects to us only because we are in the way.  Its unique energetic signature is known to us because it represents an aspect of our experience. Have we shifted our energy away from this place? If so, then the echo is not appealing and we can allow it to move on. But if not, then we see the echo as a ‘do over’, another chance to recover our power from that moment.

但我們知道 過往是沒有能量或力量的

過往那沒有力量的經驗 將正好是另一個沒有力量的當下經驗

我們能說服自己的小我這是事實嗎?

因為若我們能從回聲中移走這力量的幻象並以不同和嶄新的能量狀態落實

那麼這正是我們必須去做的

何處是我們在新空間的力量?

我們還不知道 但這是我們必須對自己有信心的

對自己的能力有勇氣與信任 並落實自己在意圖與目標中

沒有這些 我們便生活在過往的回聲中

卡在過往的經驗與沒有能量的情勢中

But we know that the past has no energy or power for us. What was a powerless experience in the past will be just another powerless experience in the present. Can we convince our ego that this is true? Because that is what we have to do if we are to remove the illusion of power from the echo and ground ourselves in a new and different energy. Where is our power in this new place? We don’t know yet and this is where we must have faith in ourselves, courage, trust in our abilities and ground ourselves in intention and purpose. Without these things, we live our lives through the echoes and are stuck in the energy of experiences and situations that have no energy for us.

沒有回聲 我們的生命便是空白畫布

在上面 我們可以成為任何我們所渴望的

以沒有限制的結果來期盼著

面對事實吧 我們其實是害怕自身能力的

我們要選擇什麼? 到何時任何事情才會成為可能?

我們要向誰求助以告誡我們何時才會沒有回聲來提醒我們會遇到危險?

若我們邁開新步伐 正創造著新路徑那麼結果會是什麼?

這是我們的時刻 我們的選擇

我們將會從中得利(譯註:從過往的經驗中得到教訓)

或者我們會找到另一個相似的回聲振動來取代呢?

Without the echoes from our past, our lives are a blank canvas on which we can become whatever we desire. Faced with the prospect of unlimited outcomes, we are afraid of our own abilities. What do we choose, when everything is possible? Who do we turn to for advice when there is no echo to remind us of the dangers we may meet? What will the outcome be if we are creating the path as we take each new step? This is our moment and these are our choices. Will we take full advantage of them or will look for the vibration of a familiar echo and choose that instead?

當我們完成了業力的循環

我們以擁抱新能量振動層級來釋放回聲的能量

這些新能量沒有回聲 沒有過往經驗的提醒

沒有以信仰、思想、情緒與感受來吸引著我們的相似振動

它們教育我們透過其他能量門戶來連結而非透過氣憤或恐懼的強度

然而我們必須找到新的方式來與過往、與自己和別人建立關係

我們人生旅程中每往前走一步 都必須面對回聲與誘惑

去擁抱那些為過往經驗報復的機會去擁抱從過往得到力量與掌控的誘惑

否則我們便可選擇繞過這些機會並創造一些不同的

而我們如何抵抗這些機會與誘惑呢?

As we complete our karmic cycles, we release the energy of our echoes by embracing new levels of energetic vibration. These new energies have no echoes, no reminders of the past, no familiar vibrations that attract us through our beliefs, thoughts, emotions, or feelings. They teach us to connect through other energetic portals than the strength of our anger or fear. Then we must find new ways of relating to the past, ourselves and others. With each step forward on our journey we have to face our echoes and the temptation to embrace the opportunity to avenge our experience and the lure of gaining power and control over the past. Or we can choose to bypass these opportunities and create something different. How can we resist?

有一個使我們擁有力量的新方法是透過意圖而得的

我們不會意圖要重新創造過往 特別是它曾使我們感到不舒適與不滿足

我們的意圖是為現在與將來的不同而設的

帶著意圖 我們正創造新的潛能層級以及新的能量振動層級

若我們可以完全地沉浸在我們的意圖中那麼回聲便會成為無意義的噪音

(white noise指電視或收音機頻道調準前的噪音)

我們便能把頻道轉開或關機

連同把小我的情緒對被關注與認同的堅持轉移開來

我們最終的選擇是決定是否對回聲給出新力量或者移開那些阻礙

因而回聲將被允許繼續它自己的路並且走出我們的實像之外

There is a new way for us to be powerful and that is through our intention. We never intend to re-create the past, especially if it has been unsatisfactory or unfulfilling, our intention is for the present moment and future to be different. With our intention we are creating new levels of potential and thus new levels of energetic vibration. If we can be completely immersed in our intention the echoes become white noise that we can tune out and turn off, as long as we are willing to also tune out the ego’s insistence that our emotions receive attention and validation. Our final decision is what determines whether we will give new power to the echoes or remove the blocks so they are allowed to continue onward and out of our reality.

我們真的是在人類旅程中深度的轉化點上

如何處理我們的回聲 決定了是否能在這條路的前端

使用我們的信念與信任 以那想要找到力量的意圖

去煥發光芒在未知或重複路徑的每一個新步伐上

我們相信力量就隱藏在其中

事實是 力量此刻就在我們之內

回聲可立即被釋放 因它對我們而言不具事實、力量與洞見

當我們釋放了這些障礙 回聲便因而崩解

成為那提醒我們不需外求力量的低吟而已

提醒我們不再需要證實我們經驗中的任何面向

我們是 並且我們總是完美、完滿與完整的

這是我們步入當下與存在的時刻！

We are truly at the threshold of profound transformation in humanity’s journey and how we deal with our echoes determines whether we are on the leading edge of this path, using our faith and trust to shed light on each new step of an unknown path or repeating the past, in an attempt to find the power we believe is hidden within it. The truth is, the power is within us now, in this moment, and the echoes can be released because they have no truth, power or insights for us. When we release the blocks, the echoes fall away, become no more than whispers that remind us that we do not need to seek power outside of ourselves and do not need to validate any aspect of our experience. We are, and have always been, perfect, whole and complete in every way. This is our moment to step into our present and our presence.
