這樣簡單的語言，而對你們來說卻是如此的難去跟隨呢！！

晚上好，我的抄寫員，我們是Esu Sananda。我有許多已知的名字，但是能量都是一樣的。名字是為了讓你們好辨別。但是總是的，我的到來是服務那唯一的造物主，這個光芒四射的唯一神聖源頭。

你們每個人都居住在行星地球，都有相同的權力去抵達這【聖地】。完全不管是否你對於其他人是更偉大或者更渺小。這就是原因，所以，你們這麼多人作為你自己抵達了地球，卻比起其他人擁有更多的權利麼？為何你們彼此之間這麼的粗魯和不友好呢？

My message is—and has always been—that you should love one another as I have loved you. Do you not realize, then, that when you hurt another, it hurts all?

我的資訊是--並且一如往昔--那就是你們應該彼此相愛，因為我深深愛著你們每一個人。你們還不明白麼？那麼，那當你去傷害其他人的時候，是不是傷害所有人呢？

You pray for peace and you ask for love, yet you live your lives opposite of peace and love. How is it, then, that you expect your prayers for love and peace to be answered?

你們祈禱【和平】，你們需求【愛】，然而你們的生活卻【背離了和平與愛】。怎麼會這樣，那麼，你期待你對於愛與和平的祈禱會得到回應麼？

Can you not see that it is by your very own actions that you have stopped the flow and caused your own prayers to go unanswered? Can you not see that it is NOT God who has not heard you, but rather it is YOU who have not heard yourself?

你們還沒有明白通過你們的每個行動，你都在阻止著這個流動，並且導致你們的祈禱不被回應麼？你們還沒有明白，並不是【神】沒有聽到你的聲音，其實是【你自己】沒有聽到你自己的聲音麼？

You cannot expect your requests to be answered unless you begin practicing the very simple commandments I left with you. When I was asked about the commandments, I said that I would give you only two: (1) to love God with all your heart; and (2) to love your neighbor as you would love yourselves.

你不可能去期待你的請求被回應，除非你開始訓練這個非常簡單的戒律，我對你們所感受到的。當我要求的這些戒律之時，我說我僅僅給你買兩條：（1） 用你全部的內心去愛【神】，（2），去愛你的鄰居，就好比你如此的愛自己。

What I am witnessing is that very few of you ones actually have taken to heart these two simple commandments.

Yet, you fuss and fight about ten of them. You theorize and you philosophize over them, trying to decide if there is a difference between a little fib and a lie, and whether “thou shalt not kill” means in war, self-defense, or in capital punishment, and when is coveting really coveting.

And, all the while, you simply choose to ignore the two commandments about love.

Does this even make any sense to you? Can you not see that you are merely chasing your own tails and playing into the hands of Dark energies?

這個對你來說還沒有任何感覺麼？難道你還沒瞭解，你僅僅在追逐你自己的尾巴，並且玩弄在這黑暗的能量的手中麼？

“Love one another.” It is so simple.

【彼此相愛】其實如此的簡單。

“Treat one another as you would want others to treat you.” Be kind. Be patient. Be polite. Be caring. Be trustworthy. Be honest. Before you speak, think how your words will affect the one you’re speaking to. Before you tell that lie, ask yourself if you would appreciate that person lying to you. Before you take that small, insignificant item from your workplace, restaurant, or hotel, ask yourself if you would appreciate someone coming to your home and taking something they thought was insignificant? Before you are rude and inconsiderate, think how you would feel in that situation. How would these things make you feel?

【對待他人就好比你希望他人如何對待你一樣】，變得溫和，有耐心，有禮貌，細心，值得信賴，誠實。當你說話之前，想想如何措辭以不至於傷害你說話的物件。在你說那樣的謊話之前，問問你自己，如果對方在對你撒謊的時候你還會感激對方麼？在你從你的工作間，餐館，或者旅店，拿那小小的，無足輕重的物品之前，問問你自己，如果有人來到你的家裡拿走他認為是無足輕重的物品的時候你會感激麼？在你粗魯和不顧及別人之前，想想你在那個情況下你會如何感受。這些事情造成的結果會讓你如何承受呢？（譯者：在我們做有利自己而不利於別人的事情之前，先想想，當你處在那個被害者的位置的時候，你會如何感受，如何想呢？）

If you give a person your word—mean it. Try using “please” and “thank you” and “I am sorry”—AND MEAN IT! Make your words mean something.

如果你對人說話--慎重的。嘗試用【請】和【謝謝你】【我非常抱歉】--並且【用心去說】！讓你的話有它真實的含義。

On a daily basis, I hear ones asking what is wrong with your world. What is wrong is that each and every single person needs to follow one very simple commandment: “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”

在日常工作中，我聽到一些人詢問你們的世界到底出了什麼問題。到底出了什麼問題必須每個人遵守一個非常簡單的戒律【愛你的鄰居就好比你愛自己一樣】。

If you have offended another, humble yourself and make a heart-felt apology. And then strive to not offend again. But never say you are sorry when you are not, or if you have no intention of correcting your errors. Make your words actually meaningful. Do what you say. It is called integrity.

如果你已經得罪了另一個人，請自我謙虛，並且【用心】去做出道歉。並且保證不再犯。但是永遠不要在你沒有感到抱歉的時候去說抱歉，或者如果你沒有意思去糾正你的錯誤的時候。讓你的話有其真實的含義。【要說到做到】。這便是【誠實】。

You are at the time of the year when everyone is talking about “peace on Earth and goodwill toward men”. You become giving, thoughtful, and generous. You smile at strangers, and visit with neighbors, friends, and relatives.

你們現在處在的年份，每個人都在談論著【地球和平】與【善待他人】。你們變得樂善好施，體貼與慷慨大方，並且常常拜訪鄰居，朋友和親屬。

Why should it be that you should remember this philosophy only once per year? Should you not be practicing this every day of every year? During this season, you think about the homeless, the poor, and the hungry. But there are 365 days in your year. What thought do you give these matters throughout the year?

為何要這樣呢，你們僅僅一年一次才記得這個人生哲學麼？（意思是指東方的春節，西方的耶誕節，大家才互相走訪，互道友誼）？你們不該在每天，每一年去做這個訓練麼？在這個節日，你想到了無家可歸的人，貧窮的人，和饑餓的人。但是一年有365天哪~~~為何你不能在整個一年之中都以這樣的思維應對這些問題呢？

Does this make you any better than the person who only goes to church on Christmas? You know, the one whom you call the hypocrite.

這麼做是不是讓你比那些只在耶誕節的時候去去教堂的人更好呢？你知道，這種人你們稱之為【偽君子】。

But, you say, you have no time, you lead very busy and full lives. That is your choice.

但是你說，你沒有時間，你的工作很忙，日程都排滿了。那也是你的選擇。

You have no time because of what you have made priorities, and those priorities do not include those who truly do need your help.

你沒有時間，是因為那些你已經作為優先處理的【自己的】事情，並且這些優先的事情並不包含在那些確實需要你説明的人的事情。

Again I say to you: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.”

我再次對你們說：”對待別人就像你希望別人如何對待你一樣“。

If you were homeless and hungry, you would wish for someone to reach out to you on more than just one day a year, for their hunger and homelessness will not magically go away on December 26.

如果你無家可歸，饑餓難耐，你會希望某個人會出現在你面前，並且超過一年一天的期限，因為他們的饑餓與無家可歸不會不可思議的在12月26日（耶誕節24 25日）就消失了。

As you have been told many, many times over the last decade, your world is evolving to the next level of existence. Your world is transitioning from your third-dimensional expression to the fourth-dimensional expression.

由於你們被告知了很多了，在上個世紀許多次，你們的世界在進化進入下一階段的水準。你們的世界在從第三維度的存在水準擴展到第四維度的存在。

That is the good news.

這是好消息。

The bad news is that very few of the Earth’s inhabitants will be making that transition to the higher frequencies (ascension) with the planet.

然而壞消息是，地球上的居民將很少人可以與行星一起過渡到那個更高的頻率中。（這條資訊是2001年寫的，當時覺醒的人還很少）

Why, you ask? Because you are not ready, and you would not survive the ascension in your present state of being, for your thoughts, words, and actions are still fixed in the lower, third-dimensional frequency range. Your hearts are still fixed upon selves and upon materialism. You do not care for one another, or for your planet, or for its wildlife, or for its plant life, or for its ecology in general.

為什麼呢？你會問？因為你還沒準備好啊，並且你不會在你們【現有的存在狀態下】（指自私，利己而損人，不關心他人，只為自己）在揚升中存活下來，因為你的想法，語言，和行為都依舊停留在【低級】的第三密度的頻率。你們的【心】依舊依舊只為【自我服務】並且【唯物主義】。你不關心他人，或者你們的行星，或者她的野生動物，或者她的植物，或者她的一般生態系統。

You still consider yourself to be separate from everything else—rather than understanding that you ARE your neighbor, your planet, the wildlife, and the plant life. You ARE the stars and the Moon and the Sun. There is no separation, for all is related and connected. What you think, what you say, and what you do affect everything else in the universe in the same way that such affect you.

你們依舊認為你自己與所有一切是【分離的】--而不是【覺知】你就是你的鄰居，你的星球，大自然，植物。你就是這繁星，月亮與太陽。根本沒有【分離】，因為所有一切都是相連的。你所想的，你所說的，和你所做的一切都在影響著每件其他的事物，在這宇宙中以同樣的方式也影響著你。

So, for many of you, your goals remain self-centered and self-serving because you are anchored in the third-dimensional frequency range by your own doing. Yet these third-dimensional aspects and concepts have no place in the higher dimensions.

所以，對你們許多人來說，你們的目標依舊停留在【自我為中心】並且【自我服務】，因為你描定在第三密度的振動實相中，被你自身的做所作為。而且這些第三密度的面向和觀念在更高的維度中沒有一席之地。

Many of those whom you shun in your daily lives are closer to making the transition than are those of you who whiz by them in your shiny, fast cars. How, you ask?

許多在你們日常生活中儘量避開的人卻在更接近完成這個過渡，比起你們這些自認為比他們優秀的人來說，你有更快的車子，為什麼會這樣呢，你會問？

Because they no longer have an attachment to the material world. They have nowhere else to go but up. Should you look past their outward appearance, you would find many great spiritual teachers among these ones.

因為他們不再與這個物質的世界連接。他們沒有地方可去，除非上升。你該回頭看看他們過去的表現麼，你會發現許多的靈性導師存在于這些人中間。

But go ahead and shun them. Try to ignore them. Pretend they do not exist. Rationalize in your mind that they just need to get a job and support themselves.

但是你們避開他們，繼續前進。嘗試去忽略他們。假裝他們不存在。在你的意識中尋找藉口，那就是他們不就是剛好得到了一個好工作而已麼，勉強苟活。

You are hurting no one, except yourself, by this attitude.

你沒有傷害任何人，除了你自己，通過你的這個看法。

So, do you now see why, in our messages, we have been teaching about cleaning out and changing your thought and emotional processes?

所以，你現在明白為什麼了麼？在我們的資訊裡，我們不是一直教導關於清理外在，改變你的想法和情緒的發展麼？

Can you reach out and grasp these concepts?

你能夠伸出手來抓住這些觀念麼？

Can you embrace them?

你能擁抱它們麼？

Can you LIVE them?

你們能讓它們鮮活起來麼？

These messages have been given to you ones for over a decade. Yet, we see only a handful of you ones who have taken these messages to heart and have truly sought to make the changes that must be made if you are to ascend to the higher dimension along with your planet. Those who have chosen not to make these changes have a myriad of reasons and excuses, and all these reasons seem logical to them. They are, however, based on self-service, materialism, and fear. The wrapping paper may be different, but the contents of the packages are all the same.

這些資訊一直被給予你們這些人，超過10年了。然而，我們僅僅看到你們中的一小撮人真正明白了這些資訊，銘記於心，並且確實的尋求著改變，而這些改變必須被制定，如果你想要與你們的星球一道提升到更高的維度的話。然而那些選擇不做出這些改變的人，也有有無數的理由和藉口，並且所有這些理由對他們來說都是合乎情理的。他們就是這樣，而且，基於【自我服務】，【唯物主義】，並且【恐懼】。包裝紙可能有所不同，但是裡面的濫渣渣都是一樣的。

We have told you that your emotional baggage had to be cleared out. You cannot take the lower, third-dimensional emotions of fear, anger, lust, greed, etc., to the higher dimensions. However, it is YOUR responsibility to clean out these things. It is not usually a pleasant project. In fact, it will be one of the most difficult tasks you have ever undertaken. However, I will promise you this: you will feel Lighter once you have unloaded that excess baggage of your dark, hidden emotions.

我們已經告訴了你們情緒的包袱必須被清理掉。你不可能帶著這些低級的，第三維度的【恐懼情緒】，【憤怒】，【淫欲】，【貪婪】，諸如此類，進入更高的維度中。然而，這都是你自己的責任去清理完畢這些事情。這通常並不是一個愉快的項目。事實是，這將是最難的任務，對你們來說從未試圖著手。但是，我對你們保證：一旦你脫掉了這些超負荷的黑暗包袱，隱藏的情緒，你將會感到更加的輕鬆愉快。

Once you face your fears, your angers, etc., you will become much more free. You will find that there is no reason to hide behind these. It will liberate you, and you will feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically. You will begin to experience healings in your entire being.

一旦你【直面你的恐懼】，你的憤怒，諸如此類。你將變得更加的自由。你將發現完全沒有理由再隱藏這些。你將得到解放，並且你將在感情上，精神上，物理上更加的舒適。你將開始體驗全身存在的治療效果。

You CAN live in Divine Health—but not if you continue to hold on to all the heavy baggage. We of the Higher Dimensions are always available for guidance. But first, there MUST be definitive action on your part, and a heartfelt desire for change. And YOU MUST ASK!

你能夠生活在神聖健康之中---但是如果繼續抓住這些沉重的包袱將不可能實現。我們更高維度的存有總是在盡可能的去引導你們。但是首先，而且【必須】被在你們這邊被【決定性】的成為【行動】，並且有個真心的願望去改變。並且【你必須這樣要求自己】！！

How can you change when no one else is willing? Well, here’s a bit of advice: What others do is none of your concern.

當沒有其他人願意的時候你如何能夠去改變呢？好的，這裡有個建議：【其他人去怎麼做不關你的事】。

YOUR concern is with what YOU do!

你關心的只是你自己該去做就對了！！！！

But, you say, everybody else is rude. Fine. Does that automatically give you the right to be rude, also?

但是，你說，其他人都是粗魯的。好。是不是這就給了你理由也去【粗魯】呢？

But, you say, everybody else lies. Fine. Do two wrongs make a right?

但是，你說，每個人都在撒謊。很好。兩個錯誤合在一起就會變成對的麼？

Let us say that the cashier at the store is rude to you, so you are rude back. Then she is rude to the next person in line, and that person is rude back to her. Now, let’s say that, instead of being rude in return, you smile and, with love in your heart, you are kind to her. Chances are you have just stopped a cycle that would have gone on all day. It’s highly likely that she became rude because someone was rude to her first.

Learn to recognize the Darkness and, rather than meet Darkness with Darkness, meet the Darkness with Light.

學會去瞭解黑暗，並且好比過以黑暗應對黑暗，以光去應對黑暗才是對的。（黑暗對黑暗，越描越黑。而光直接照亮黑暗）

Regardless of whether or not you witness a change in the cashier, know that you have done the right and Godly thing. You have sown seeds of Light and not Darkness.

不要管是或是你沒有看到這個出納員的改變，要知道你已經在做正確的並且是神聖的事情。你已經展現了【光的種子】，完全沒有黑暗。

You ones have created your own realities. If those realities are not as you would like them to be, you have no one but yourselves to blame. Stop blaming everyone else for your own misfortunes. Be responsible enough to realize that you are experiencing ONLY that of your own making.

你們這些人已經創造出了你們自己的實相。如果這些實相不是你們喜歡的，沒有人可以責備，除了你們自己。停止【指責】任何其他人，因為這都是你們自己找來的不幸。去承擔足夠的需承擔的責任，明白你一直在體驗的都是來自你自己所創造的。

You ones are quick enough to take credit when things go well for you. But there is no balance if you are not likewise willing to take the credit when things do not go well.

你們這些人必須足夠快速的去做出決定，當時機來到的時候。而且這裡也不存在對比，如果你也不是同樣的希望去在事情完全不和時機的時候去做出決定。

Once again I shall tell you that you create by every thought you think, every word you speak, and every action you take. Thoughts, words, and actions are energy, and energy ALWAYS creates in like kind. It is a Universal Law. Learn it. Know it. Live it. Only then will you begin to comprehend the fullness and abundance that is everywhere about you. Only with that comprehension will you become all that you are capable of. Only then will you become co-creators and masters of your own destinies.

YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME, DEAR ONES.

你們的時間就要不夠了，親愛的。

Do you not see that which is taking place all around you?

你們還沒有看到發生在你們周圍的一切麼？

Do you not see the accelerated pace at which events are unfolding?

你們還沒有看到每件事情在以更快的速度揭示著麼？

Do you not see the changes in your planet and in your Sun?

你們還沒有看到來自你們星球和太陽的變化麼？

Do you not see all the things occurring that have been foretold?

你們還沒有看到所有正在發生的事情都已經被預知了麼？

Then—what is it that you ones are waiting for?

那麼---你們這些人還在等待什麼呢？

YOU ARE AT THE MIDNIGHT HOUR, AND YOU HAVE JUST A FEW SHORT SECONDS OF TIME LEFT BEFORE THE SHIFT OF FREQUENCY IS COMPLETE AND YOUR WORLD CHANGES FOREVER.

你們就在午夜時分，而且在這頻率的轉變完成之前你們只有極少的時間離開，而且你們的世界將永遠改變。

Do you wish to participate in this ascension, or not? It is a most serious choice that you MUST make.

你們希望參與這次提升麼，或者不想？這是一個最嚴肅的選擇，而且你必須做出選擇。

At the present moment, the majority of you have chosen not to be a part of the ascension, because you have not heeded the messages and the warnings, and you continue to live your lives with third-dimensional emotions and concepts.

在當前的時刻，你們大多數人已經選擇了不參與提升，因為你們沒有注意這些資訊和這些警告，而且你在繼續過著你們的俗世生活，帶著第三維度的情緒和觀念。

I am not here to bring fear to the hearts of men. And I am not chastising you ones. However, I am also not here to just “make you feel good”.

我並不是來此給人們帶來恐懼的。而且我沒有責駡你們這些人。只是，我也不是來這裡讓你們僅僅感到我會讓你們【好受些】。

I am here to impress upon you the urgency and to reach my hand toward you. I am here in the hope of reaching as many of you as will hear. I shall not rest, and I shall not be silent, until the very last microsecond of time is upon you. My attempts to reach as many of you as I can will continue until there is absolutely no more time to do so.

我來到這裡是讓你們【銘記於心】這個【緊急事件】並且把我的手伸向了你們。我來到這裡，盡可能的讓更多的人會聽到希望的話語。我不會停止，而且我也不會沉默，直到最後時刻前的百萬分之一秒降臨之時。我的意圖是盡可能的觸摸更多的人，所以我將繼續，直到沒有必要再花更多的時間這麼做為止。

My desire is that every one of you ascend to the next level of existence. As long as there is even one of you not ready, I will continue to reach out, because I love each and every one of you equally. There are none who I see as unreachable.

我的願望是，你們每個人都能提升到存在的下一個階段。即使那時只有一個人還沒有準備好，我都會繼續的伸出手來，因為我平等的愛著你們每一個人。對於我來說沒有人是無法觸及的。

You are ALL feeling and experiencing The Transition even now. Those of you who are finding yourselves struggling and at odds with self and others are those who are like the salmon swimming upstream. You are resisting the change that is occurring because you are continuing to hold on to old paradigms.

此刻，你們所有人都在感受著，體驗著，這個【過渡】。你們中的那些發現在自我鬥爭的人，並且在自己身上發生奇怪事情的人，而其他人就好像是大馬哈魚在逆流而上一般。你們都在【抵抗】這個正在發生著的改變，因為你們在繼續抓住【舊的實相】。（放手吧~~~朋友們）

Remember: NOTHING IS AS IT HAS BEEN, AND WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN. So stop living in the past!

記住：沒有什麼事情是決定了的，而且永遠不會以相同的方式再現。所以停止活在過去吧。

Your planet is ascending. You are experiencing The Transition.

你們的星球在提升著。你們在經驗這個【過渡】。

Will you ascend with your planet, or not? The choice is completely your own.

你想與你們的星球一同提升麼，還是不想呢？這個選擇完全都是你【自己的】。

My desire, however, is that each of you would choose the path of ascension. But first, you must make changes in yourselves. That I cannot do for you, and neither can anyone else.

我的願望，雖然，還是你們每個人都會選擇提升的道路。但是首先，你們必須在你們自己身上做出改變。那麼我們無法為你們這麼做，其他人也無法為你這麼做。

I am always here for guidance. You have but to reach out with your heart and your mind, with desire and love, and be willing to let go of that which is passing away rapidly.

我來到此地總是為了引導你們。你們必須伸出手來，用你們的【真心真意】，帶著【愛的願望】，而且願意讓必須過去的一切隨風而去。

The time of service-to-self (the “me first” point of view) is coming to an end on Earth. The Dark forces are struggling to keep as many of you mired down and anchored to the lower frequencies as possible. The Dark forces are on a suicide mission, and will go down willingly, dragging as many of you ones with them as they can. They know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that their time is nearly up. However, they continue to hold on to whomever will allow them to do so, for their only mission—their only reason for existence—is to take as many of you down with them as will go willingly.

在地球上，【自我服務】的時刻已經就要結束了。黑暗勢力在不斷鬥爭，以盡可能的困住你們，描定在這低級的頻率中。黑暗勢力在實施一個自殺式的任務，而且非常樂意的極近可能的拖住你們，一同毀滅。他們知道，超越一個質疑的陰影，他們的時代已經結束了。但是，他們繼續抓住那些人，無論誰都會允許他們這麼做的人，因為他們只有一個任務--他們唯一存在的原因--是把你們許多人拖下水，與他們一起，他們非常樂意這麼做。

It is a battle between Light and Dark, a battle between “Good” and “Evil” if you prefer. It has been ongoing on Earth for millennia.

這是一個光明與黑暗的戰爭，一個【善】與【惡】的戰爭，如果你更喜歡這種表達的話。這已經在地球上持續了千萬年了。

Now the battle is just about over, for Light always triumphs over Darkness. However, the Darkness is very alluring. It is very seductive. And there are many of you who are still playing right into their webs of deceit.

現在，這個戰爭就要結束了，因為【光】總會驅散【黑暗】。但是，黑暗是非常有吸引力的。它是非常有誘惑力的。所以你們許多人依舊在他們欺騙的網路中奮不顧身的玩著他們的遊戲。

It is the greatest of all the commandments. It is the philosophy and the way of life of the Higher Realms, for we understand that what we do to others, we do to ourselves, for we all are related and connected. We know there is no separation. In this way, we serve only the One God of Light.

Peace, Love, and Light to each and every one of you. The Love I have for each of you is the same Love I would have you express toward one another. Only with that Love will you overcome the Darkness and make it through the current Transition. Without that Love, you will never experience the Light, for all is Darkness without it.
