CMATON: IMPROVEMENTS TOWARDS QUALITY OF LIFE
JOHAN: This mornings meditation went more into the direction of the message Bela brought from Papa Source, TO BE THE ONENESS, TO EXPERIENCE PAPA SOURCE AND CMATON WITHIN YOU, and CO-CREATE. Just like I had been instructed during previous Reiki sessions by the Celestial Ones to BE THE LIGHT WITHIN THE LIGHT OF LIFE, what makes the Reiki sessions so much more powerful ! Like we are the Divine Drops in a Divine Ocean, but once Within that Ocean, you have the FULL FORCE OR POWER of that entire OCEAN BEHIND AND WORKING THROUGH YOU.

So I saw myself CO-CREATING, knowing that through SERVICE, through Blessing, through stating PURE INTENTION, I had Papa Source, CMAton, all Celestial Invited Ones, AND Agartha people AND Surface Lightworkers AND our Galactic Brothers and Sisters AND AH members and meditating ones all along the Holon or Pillar or Column of Light that I keep reinstating and going every session. It was powerful and felt well received. All special requests were honoured and then I asked CMAton what I was allowed to see or report and I got motioned to continue the series we recently started :
如此我看到了我自己在共同創造，知曉通過服務，通過祈禱，通過陳述那【純粹意圖】，我邀請了天父源頭、基督邁克艾頓、所有天界受邀人員、以及阿嘎撒人（地心文明人類）、地表光工作者、以及我們的星際兄弟姐妹、AH成員、以及所有冥想人員圍繞著光柱，每次冥想都讓這個過程不斷重複。這作用很大並且感覺收效很大。所有特別的請求都被執行了，接著我請求基督邁克艾頓，我被允許知曉或報告什麼，並且我會不斷繼續我們最近開始的一系列教導：
CMAton: '' My Dear Scribe, we started with explaining my Divine Promise. That lead to recognising the time for introspection and the many internal changes most of you go through. And we explained why. Next thing we rolled towards : What do you want to be, do, or accomplish YOURSELF? Dare to dream, to visualise, to envision, since these are the tools of your new reality, your new awareness, consciousness slowly dawning upon you.

So far so good, right? Or do I sense some squeaking wheels that urgently need oiling or greasing ??? Yes my Son, I catch your hearts motion that a lot have not learned, nor dare to dream, to visualise GREAT THINGS, since they are still stock with their feet into the tar, the liquid asfalt that keeps them from running anywhere fast ! Now if you tie an elephant from childhood onto a tree with a rope, you know, even if the elephant is big and strong and can run away with the entire tree, he usually feels the rope and does not even try ???

That is the exact same thing with most of you. You are big strong elephants due to WHO YOU REALLY ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE WORKING INSIDE OF YOU, IF YOU KNOW AND PUT IT INTO PRACTISE, but they thought you differently, made you feel the rope ALL THE TIME, to keep you from running, taking off, seeking your freedom. So you stayed your own prisioner, by ignoring or believing AND NOT KNOWING OR BEING HUNGRY ENOUGH TO KNOW AND TRY AND MOVE OUT OF YOUR IMAGINARY PRISON.
這就是你們大多數人所碰到的相同情況。你們是強大健壯的大象，【由於你們真正的身份，以及你們內心所具有的、正在內在運作的，如果你們知曉並將它付諸實施】，然而他們（黑暗勢力）卻不這樣看待你們，他們使你們認為繩子一直都在那裏，去阻止你們逃跑，起飛，去尋找你們的自由。因此你們停留在你們自己的監獄裏，經由無知，或是相信，【卻不知曉或是不夠渴望去知曉或嘗試，去走出你們所想像的監獄】。
Good, my Son, I see you are lifting your hearts motion to another level now. You see I am WITHIN YOU, even your hearts considerations, motions, I see and know, AND I HONOUR, through the Light you eminate or put behind your thoughts and co-creations. By the way, well done this morning! So realising that dreaming BIG, visualising is not easy, YET needs to be practised as tools for your immediate future, where those of you who stay with Gaia, will have to WORK you way towards IMPROVEMENT, and a lot of help and teachings and training into your new and Higher Consciousness. Its not going to be handed down on a platter, the tools yes, the help and teachings and instructions, yes, but the Service and Work will have to be done by yourselfs, what leads me to one way of helping you there:
好的，我的孩子，我看到你正在提高你的心靈活動現在已到達另一個水平。你看到我在你之內，甚至你的心靈考慮之事，心理活動，我都瞭解和知曉，我會通過你所散發的、或是置於你的想法和共同創造之後的光芒去兌現。順便說一下，今早做的很好！那就意識到要有大的夢想，展望不是很容易，然而需要被實踐，以作為你近期將來的工具，你們那些與蓋亞留在一起的，將不得不自己去不斷提高，有許多的幫助、教導與培訓去讓你們進入嶄新的和更高的意識。這些都不會拱手提供，工具可以被給予，幫助、教導以及指導會被給予，然而【服務他人和工作】都需要你們自己完成，這將讓我將你們領向一條幫助你們的方式：

改善
Ever considered that if more time in your daily lives would have been spent on IMPROVING anything you can think of, what that would do to the QUALITY OF YOUR LIVES ? Improving your living environment ( garden, patio, etc... ), improving your house ( repairs and maintenance ), improving your work circumstances ( from attitude towards surrounding yourself with caring colleagues and keeping your distance from the popular but non-caring ones ), improving your health ( from better food to more exercises AND LESS TV !!!), improving your schedule ( from more personal quality time and mediation to elimination the socialising brain killing and boring activities AND TV entertainment ), improving your KNOWLEDGE and TRUTH ( through studying, reading, researching, meditation ), improving your relationships ( more quality time together, more effort to get to know what the partner enjoys, likes, prefers and being of Service to one another, instead of taking and taking and I, me, and myself - actions all the time )
即使考慮假如你們日常生活中有更多時間以改善你們所要的，這將對你們的生活品質起到什麼影響？改善你們的生活環境（花園、平臺等），改善你們的住宅（修理與維護），改善你們的工作條件（轉變態度，讓樂意關照別人的同事在你周圍，而遠離那些很受人歡迎卻不關心別人的同事），改善你們的健康（更好的飲食，更多鍛煉，以及更少看電視！），改善你們的計畫（更多充滿個人品質的時間，冥想，去除社交活動帶來的殺死腦細胞，無聊的活動以及電視娛樂），改善你們的【知識和真理】（通過學習、閱讀、研究、冥想），改善你們的關係（更多在一起的有品質時間，更努力去知道伴侶喜愛的、喜歡的、偏愛的東西，互相服務彼此，而不是只不斷索取，索取，總是想我、我、還是我自己—的行為）。
I think that list will do and give you enough to THINK TO IMPROVE ABOUT, don't you think so ??? All of the Improvement potential falls under SERVICE TO OTHERS AND SELF. Yes indeed, also yourself, as we discussed in the previous session. It all starts and end with YOURSELF, and the LOVE AND RESPECT THROUGH SERVICE will make all the difference in the world to yourself AND others, and your life will take of in directions YOU HAVE NOT DARED TO DREAM OFF, but that were dormant desires, fueled by your soul. THUS getting in contact and tune with your SOULS AND DIVINE WISDOM, might be the topic of the next one, my dear Son and Scribe? I hope I am not boring you to dead? ''
