Laura: Good evening SaLuSa. This is our first question:
“We’re living a tremendous time in which there is much work to do on a 3D level, but it may be silly to put our energy there if we’re going to be pushed away from 3D… So, the question is:
What would be the best option for this time, trying to change our 3D reality (sustainability, climate change related activities, new financial system, etc.) or put our time and efforts in evolving our inner selves (meditation, connection, consciousness, etc.)?”
Laura：晚安，SaLuSa。這是我們第一個問題：

SaLuSa: A very good questions this is. It is all about balance, equilibrium, inner and outer world. The answer is simply to be in the middle, in the centre, in the heart, in other words to be present. The question is how does one become present in one’s life? I mean, truly present? What does it mean to be here and now? If a person lives in alignment with his or her life plan, there would be also perfect balance. Ideally, we would like your outer actions to reflect your inner state. This happens when energies flow naturally within you, when there is no hesitation, no fear, no pain, and no blockages.
SaLuSa：一個非常好的問題。這些全部和協調、平衡、內在與外在世界有關。簡單的回答就是處在平衡，處在中央，處在心中，換句話說就是處在【當下】。問題是一個人如何在他的生活處在當下？我的意思是，已經真實處在當下了嗎？處在【這裏】和【現在】是什麼意思？如果某個人活在他或她的生人計畫中，這樣的情況也能達到完美的協調。實際上，我們希望你們外在的行為能反應你們內在的狀態。這發生在能量自然流過你的時候，這時那裏沒有躊躇、恐懼、痛苦和堵塞。
Because of the outer living conditions imposed on you ever since the fall of Atlantis, your civilisations have been focusing mainly on the outer life, on what you label as “doing”. Unfortunately you have progressively come to ignore your inner life, and this to the point of not even realizing that you do indeed have an inner life dear ones. This inner life should be the reason behind all your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. But I am afraid that for the vast majority it is not so.

Because of the Atlantis fall, it was necessary for most of you to be lowered into vibrations. So that you would not be aware of the impossibility of the situation you found yourself in. Therefore, your genetics was progressively modified in order to lower your consciousness levels. This has continued through generations and for thousands of years.
因為亞特蘭提斯的沉沒，你們多數人需要降低振動頻率。如此你不會在你身上意識到不可能的情況。因此為了降低你們的意識層次，你們的遺傳基因逐漸調整。這個情形延續好幾世代到了上千年。
You dear souls have allowed yourselves to drop into duality and to undertake rising the vibrations of the entire planet with you through your incarnations and your learning experiences in duality. This is a more or less normal process, as everything is circular. However because of the Atlantis fall, this has been an even harder journey for you and for Mother Earth.

Understand, dear ones, that your reintegration among us as a galactic civilization will comprise a return to your purest and highest state. Your return, as a civilization, to divine and pure beings is assured, as you are travelling up on the evolution ladder.

With your level of knowledge, technology and your body capabilities, you now all have the possibility of freeing yourself from the factors that held you down for so many eons. Various teaching have survived thanks to many beings sent from above, who chose to incarnate on Earth, in order to pass on real knowledge to future generations.

There were many on Atlantis, Mesopotamia, Ancient Ireland, Ancient China and also in Ancient Egypt, along with other cultures. These teachings were not accessible to all. They were often integrated in religions. Progressively, the real teachings’ meaning diluted and very few people now have access to them. The civilisations from South America, such as the Mayas still hold a lot of truths about your planet and about the spirit world.

The aim of the teachings is principally conserving a sense of unity, while living in a duality world. Dear ones, if such is your heart’s desire, ask your guides to show you which of these teachings would suit you better. But rest assured that one of our principal aims, along with the spiritual hierarchy’s aim, is to help and assist you in your ascension and to deal with returning your higher-self in directing your actions.

We will assist you in learning more about yourselves, about your history, and we will to point you in the right direction. You will have to walk the path alone, and chose for yourselves the path you wish to take however. We are not here to influence you in your choices in any way; we are just here to facilitate the ascension of those who wish to leave duality. It is not our place to judge you, or intimidate you concerning your choice. You are your own masters and know that we respect and love you dearly, and that you are part of our family.

With all the Light focusing on you at this time, you will soon understand the situation you find yourselves in and you will receive as much help from above as you require and at your own speed. One important step in the Ascension process is to be able to see yourself and all around you; in other words, to be able to see the bigger picture and understand it. If you can do this, then you will understand what I mean.

If you can listen to your higher self, it will show you what you must do, it will show you the way, it will guide your actions, and it will help you in all you wish to accomplish with your life. It will also protect you from harm and will align with your life plan and with your heart. The difficulty for you, as a civilisation now is to listen to your higher self and to comprehend why it is necessary to do so more and more in the coming days.

Laura: Thank you SaLuSa. There have been a few questions concerning Ascension in general. It appears that most people do not really know what Ascension is. Would you like to give us an insight on it? What would be different from the way we are now? Would you be able to give us a small insight of being ascended perhaps?

SaLuSa: The most significant difference from the way you live now is the fact that our actions are lead by unconditional love. Our lives are guided by our alignment with God’s will. We are motivated by unselfish acts towards each other. Aggressive thoughts and emotions are not found in the higher dimensions and we shelter our youth from experiencing or witnessing such violent emotions, as you have been experiencing here for such a long time.
SaLuSa：(揚升)與你們現在生活的最大的不同是我們的行為都是出自無條件的愛。我們生活在造物主的意志中。我們對待其他人行為的動機皆是出於無私。具有侵略性的意念和情感不在較高的維度出現，我們讓我們的年輕世代遠離經驗到或是看到，如你們現在已經驗好長一段時間的暴力情緒。
Many of the ascended and most advanced galactic civilisations are not allowed near your planet, because we could pick up on your aggression and rage from a huge distance from your planet. It takes a lot of time and maturity for a soul to be able to experience what you are experiencing on Mother Earth. Even as observers, Earth is a very dangerous place for us. Mother Earth is surrounded by so much darkness for a long time. Any of us can be attacked by the dark at any time.

Many of the galactic civilisations can only approach your planet with special authorisations. In fact many souls joining the Galactic Federation of Light must have experienced many incarnations in order to join us for such a challenging mission.

In general we can see what is entirely outside of your visible spectrum, we can hear thoughts when most of you cannot control telepathic communications, we can travel from one place to another in virtually no time, our behaviour is unhurried, more relaxed so to speak. We seek to understand the root of a problem when faced with challenges.
一般情況我們知道什麼完全在你們的可見光譜之外，我們能聽見你們大多數人無法控制的心電感應溝通的想法，我們能從一個地點到另一個地點旅行，事實上不花時間，我們的行為並不倉促，可說是更加放鬆。當面對挑戰的時候，我們會尋求瞭解問題的本源。
We understand and can see beings through their many levels of existence, as the multidimensional beings we all truly are. We can see each other’s auras, chakras, we create our own environment. We have the power to accelerate growth in plants, we use telekinesis, and we have a deep understanding and love for all life. In fact love is behind all our actions. Our purpose is to help Creator in all things and to be in a state of communion with Creator. We work with the spiritual hierarchy with the aim of administrating and peace keeping for the Universes. We are fulfilled when we serve higher purpose and God.
我們明白而且能看到存有們遍及他們多個層次的存在，如同我們全部是多面向性的存有。我們能夠看到彼此的光環(靈氣)、脈輪，我們創造我們個人的環境。我們擁有在行星加快成長速度的力量，我們能使用心靈傳動的能力，我們有著深刻的理解並熱愛所有生命。事實上我們所有行動都基於愛。我們的目標是在所有方面幫助【造物主】，保持一個與造物主溝通的狀態。我們與靈性長老團一起工作，目標是為宇宙管理和維護和平。我們在我們為【更高目的】和【神】服務時實現自我。
Once we get to know each other, you will come to realize our similarities, rather than our differences. Our pleasure is to respect, and work in oneness with all the species from all worlds in harmony and compassion. We do not generally allow ourselves to feel fear or confusion. We are in constant contact with all our multidimensional nature. Our actions are mostly motivated by generosity and love.
有一天我們會曉得彼此，比起我們的相異你會認識到我們的相似之處。我們的意志是尊重，在【一】裏與宇宙的全物種在協調和慈悲中運作。我們一般不讓自己感到混亂或恐懼。我們一直與我們多面性的本質連結。我們行為的動機大多出自慷慨與愛。
